UAB Tremex has the production capacity to manufacture up to 10,000 folding plywood crates for transporting large and heavy products.
The folding crates and frames are made of birch plywood with galvanized strip steel. The box is supplied in three parts: a collapsible frame, a top cover, and a bottom. They can be assembled easily, quickly, and without any additional tools. Since these boxes are collapsible, they save space during transport or storage.
UAB TREMEX was established in 1996. We use only wood treated in accordance with ISPM 15 regulations and mark all our products with the IPPC mark, which means that our goods can be exported to countries all over the world.
UAB Tremex has the knowledge and resources necessary for the design of wooden packaging, project implementation, production process management, quality control, and final product delivery.
UAB Tremex’s production capacity allows it to manufacture up to 500,000 folding pallet collars and up to 10,000 plywood and wooden crates. We use condensation dryers for drying wood, which can hold up to 300 m³ of sawn timber in a single load.
Our company not only manufactures standard packaging, but also pays particular attention to individual customer projects where standard packaging cannot be used. The company’s priority is to fulfill any customer request. We manufacture boxes of various designs according to the needs and wishes of each customer, and the products can be marked with the customer’s logo.
