The plywood boxes we offer are designed for transporting oversized and heavy products.
UAB Tremex has the production capacity to manufacture up to 10,000 folding plywood boxes for transporting large and heavy products.
The foldable boxes and frames are made of birch plywood with galvanized bandsteel. The box is supplied in three parts: foldable frame, top cover and bottom. They can be assembled easily, quickly and without any additional tools. Since these boxes are foldable, they save space for transportation or storage.
Foldable plywood boxes are made of birch plywood or OSB (6–10 mm thick). Our standard birch plywood is 6 mm thick, has 5 layers, and is highly resistant, flexible, and durable.
Due to the strength of birch plywood, almost all types of goods can be transported in collapsible boxes.
All solid wood elements are dried and marked with the IPPC/ISPM15 mark.
Minimum order quantity is 1 piece.
All non-standard orders are welcome!
Our boxes can be personalized with logos and international symbols to ensure quick product recognition and effective advertising!
Dėžės yra pagamintos iš 20mm storio obliuotos spygliuočių medienos.
Mediena yra džiovinta iki 14-16% galutinio drėgnumo bei ženklinta IPPC/ISPM15 ženklu.
Dėžę sudaro 6 dalys:
Dugnas, dangtis bei keturios sienelės.
Dėžes pristatome arba lengvai sumontuotas (kad klientas savo sandėlyje galėtų dėžes lengvai išsimontuoti), arba nesurinktas.
Klientui pageidaujant, dėžes patiekiame su išgręžtomis skylėmis bei varžtais.
Medinės dėžės gaminamos pagal klientų poreikius, įvertinant pakuojamą produktą, pakrovimo/iškrovimo galimybes ir kt savybes.
Siūlomos dėžės, kaip ir šarnyrinė tara, gali būti su kliento logotipu.
